The National Science Foundation (NSF) I-Corps program prepares scientists and engineers to extend their focus beyond the university laboratory, and accelerates the economic and societal benefits of NSF-funded, basic-research projects that are ready to move toward commercialization. Through I-Corps, NSF grantees learn to identify valuable product opportunities that can emerge from academic research, and gain skills in entrepreneurship through training in customer discovery and guidance from established entrepreneurs.

Enrique is a serial entrepreneur with 15+ years of experience in turning ideas into reality and a great track record for building sustainable businesses that provide value adding products and services to accurately targeted markets internationally.
Enrique has successfully built and helped execute 30+ business models in the B2B and B2C realms in extremely diverse industries, always with a frugal mindset, continually optimizing business models and operations for the right KPIs, while keeping a work culture of quality, discipline and trust.
He is a mentor and judge at multiple startup accelerators worldwide and is dedicated full-time to helping entrepreneurs succeed.

An introductory one-hour session. We will meet to discuss your path as an entrepreneur, what you have done so far to turn your idea into reality and evaluate the current status of your company. We will help you identify your key assumptions and prioritize everything you are doing in order to maximize your chances of success. We believe in focusing only on what matters the most.
Up to 3 months of one hour weekly meetings. We will define your priorities, establish operating procedures and develop effective experiments that will test your core assumptions while staying lean and agile. During our meetings we will discuss advances, pivots, lessons learned and next steps. We will help you develop everything you need to achieve tangible goals.
If you make it to Stage 3, it means we believe you have high potential, and we want to work more actively with you. We are willing to invest up to 5 hours per week actively helping you achieve your goals. Schools, Accelerators and Incubators offer this program to their students as a way to foster entrepreneurship and empower individuals with the tools required to achieve traction.
It helps students experience entrepreneurship first-hand by studying, analyzing, providing recommendations and executing a minimum valuable product to demonstrate the effect of their recommendations to real startups at different stages of development and funding.
During this eight week program, students work in teams of three to help high-potential startups achieve traction and maximize the value of their Key Performance Indicators. This program is a hybrid between an experiential entrepreneurship class, a consulting project and the ideal internship. We will meet for three hours once per week and students are expected to work with their team an additional 12 hours per week.
